Welcome to CaterPro Calc (the "Application"), a premium offline catering calculation and purchase listing assistant. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user information.

1. NO DATA COLLECTION OR TRANSMISSION

CaterPro Calc is designed and engineered to operate entirely offline and locally on your Android device.

  • We DO NOT collect, store, transmit, monitor, or harvest any personal data, business information, guest counts, menu configurations, shopping list items, pricing details, or images.
  • The Application does not require or maintain any user registration, user profiles, login details, or accounts.

2. LOCAL DATA STORAGE AND BACKUPS

All data you input—including event names, menus, ingredient databases, and custom calculations—is stored exclusively and securely within a private SQLite database residing on your local device's sandboxed storage.

  • Local backups created by you (using the app's backup feature) are stored in the device folders chosen by you and are entirely under your control.
  • We have no access to your databases, local data, or local backup files.

3. DEVICE PERMISSIONS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • The Application may request standard sandboxed local storage permissions solely to export purchase list PDFs and restore database backup files that you explicitly select.
  • Standard Android Share Sheets (such as sharing purchase lists to WhatsApp or opening PDFs in external viewers) are completely controlled by your device's native operating system. We do not transmit this shared data to any external servers or third-party tracking services.
  • No advertisement SDKs, analytical trackers, or third-party profiling services are integrated into this Application.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Since we do not collect any personal information whatsoever, our Application is fully compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and the GDPR, and is suitable for users of all ages.

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted transparently inside the Application assets.
