Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using CaterPro Calc (the "Application"). By installing or using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. LICENSE AND USE OF SERVICE
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and free license to install and use CaterPro Calc for your personal or commercial catering and culinary business management, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All graphics, layouts, UI styling, source code, logos, and features in the Application are the exclusive intellectual property of the Application developers and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of the Application.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & "AS-IS" WARRANTY
CaterPro Calc is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- While we strive for extreme mathematical precision and structural soundness in all catering and purchase calculations, you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all ingredient counts, unit conversions, total costs, and shopping list volumes before placing orders or purchasing materials.
- We will not be liable for any financial losses, over-ordering, under-ordering, missed catering deadlines, or business interruptions arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Application.
4. USER DATA AND LOCAL BACKUPS
The Application operates completely offline and saves all database profiles locally on your device.
- You are solely responsible for managing your device storage, performing regular local backups using the app's backup tools, and preserving your database profiles.
- We are not responsible for any data loss, database corruption, or backup file deletions resulting from device failure, OS updates, or manual app uninstallation.
5. TERMINATION
Your license to use the Application is effective until terminated by you (by uninstalling the Application) or by us if we decide to discontinue services or updates.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard consumer application regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
