1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Kinetix Speedometer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the application immediately.

2. Safety and Liability

IMPORTANT: Do not interact with the application while driving. Use the HUD mode only when the device is securely mounted. Kinetix Speedometer is a supplementary tool and should not replace your vehicle's factory-installed speedometer.

ShintoPC Labs is not liable for any accidents, traffic violations, or hardware damage resulting from the use of this application.

3. GPS Accuracy

GPS data accuracy depends on satellite visibility and device hardware. We do not guarantee 100% precision in speed or distance calculations.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and algorithms within Kinetix Speedometer are the exclusive property of ShintoPC Labs.
